Hours of Operation
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Our office is closed from 12:00PM-1:00PM.
Cancellation Policy
When you call and schedule an appointment time is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel you appointment, we respectfully ask that you give our office 24 hours notice
Abusive Behavior Towards Staff
Dr. Fitz practices a zero tolerance policy in regards to abusive behavior towards all staff. Patients who exhibit abusive behavior towards staff risk being discharged from our practice.
Returning Calls to Patients
Dr. Fitz and Kelly Diloffi make every effort to return calls to patients and outside providers in a timely fashion. We aim to deliver a 24 hour turn around time for all non-urgent calls.
Prescription Refill Requests
We ask that you plan ahead on all prescription refill requests. Prescription refills will be processed Monday through Thursday. There will be no refills processed on Friday.
